State Attorney Katherine Rundle Fernandez

Greetings ladies and gentlemen:

I hope that all of you fared as well as possible after the storm.

Reports from our SAO family indicate all are well with the exception of some flooding issues and some property damage.  We have reached out to those employees to offer whatever assistance they may need in particular.  If we have missed anyone, please contact your supervisor so we can assist you as well.

We will resume our full remote business operations tomorrow Tuesday, November 10 (as are the Courts and schools).  As they are flooding issues throughout Miami and Broward, please be mindful before you leave your homes and avoid driving if you can.

I sincerely hope everyone remains safe and well.
