State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle has committed the resources of the State Attorney’s Office to ensure that every voter freely casts their ballot for the candidate(s) of their choice.

“My office and our law enforcement community are committed to making sure that our election is trouble-free. When a voter calls our election hotline, SAO staff will be dispatched to evaluate the situation, determine if any illegal activity is involved and use the resources of the State Attorney’s Office to expedite a resolution of the problem,” said Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle. “We all are working together to ensure that every vote represents the true choice of that voter.”

Teams of SAO investigators working with prosecutors will respond to election complaints made to our office. Already active in the community, the Community Outreach Division of the State Attorney’s Office.

The voter hotline, (305) 547-3300, will be actively staffed from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to record voters’ concerns and address specific situations voters may experience.
